Many years ago, I wondered why some people do harm to themselves?

Why do some create and multiply, while others with the same persistence and ingenuity destroy what has been created by others?

Why do some people make bad with a pleasure to other people, and often themselves too?

Why do they feel pleasure, causing harm to other people?

Such seemingly unnatural behavior is observed among families, among relatives and employees of successful enterprises.

Successful organizations, giving people a good job and a stable salary, can be destroyed, ruined by its own head, and it can happen despite the desperate resistance of the remaining workers.

On the contrary, the most intelligent, experienced and conscientious workers, who care about the state of the company, are fired first.
